Body Quest:

My signature creation of intense HIIT mix of weight and cardio training that torches fat while building muscle. Your heart rate will soar and your muscles will be fatigued—all in a good way, of course! No two workouts will be the same during these sessions to allow no muscle memory to take place. The beauty of this class is you will be done and out the door in no more than 45 minutes.

Monday & Wednesday – 5:30am and Tuesday & Thursday- 9:00am


Taught by Lindsay Boyd

A fusion of yoga and pilates set to current music. This format shapes and tones your muscles without having to do any high-impact jumps. Easy on the joints while improving your flexibility and strength.

Tuesday – 5:30am

Body Quest AMRAP:

The perfect ending to the week! This is a 20 minute HIIT class. 10 minutes of warm-up and 20 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training {HIIT}, using weights, battle ropes, chin up bars, ply-o boxes and more! This is a fabulous combination with Body Quest OR the perfect class for those of you who would like to be eArLyBiRdS, but only feel you can commit to getting up early once a week! This class will be worth your while!

Sessions are $75 per month. You are free to come to any class on the schedule! I strongly encourage coming to 3 or more classes to see a change in your body composition!
